Present Moment, Ultra Advising and Jordan Kerzee led an evening workshop for nonprofits deciding whether to keep relying on big tech tools. We looked at what those companies do with an organization’s data, what staying costs, and the alternatives, both digital and analog. The group worked through four steps: take stock of your tech and its risks, set organizational policies, get your data organized and backed up, then move to new platforms.
