What this site is. An informational site about our work. Using it means you accept these terms.
Our work and how you may use it. The text and images on this site belong to Present Moment Enterprises. You're welcome to quote from them and link to them with attribution. Many of our reports and articles were written with collaborators and published by others, and those carry their publisher's terms rather than ours. For any other reuse, email hello@presentmoment.tech and ask.
Acceptable use. You may not try to break the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful. If you do, you are responsible for any harm it causes.
Links out. We link to other organizations and publications. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
No warranty, and not advice. This site is provided as is. What we publish here is general information about our work and our field. It is not legal, technical, financial, or professional advice, and reading it does not make us your consultant. For that, get in touch and we'll scope an engagement.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this site, including errors or gaps in what we publish, the site being unavailable, or anything on sites we link to. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Consumer rights. Wherever you live, you keep any rights your local law says can't be waived, including consumer protections in New York, the rest of the US, the UK, the EEA, and Switzerland. Nothing in these terms takes those away.
Governing law. New York law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts in New York have jurisdiction, subject to the paragraph above.
Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised date.
