Our values shape how we work. They decide which projects we take on and how we run them.
The people closest to a problem should lead the response to it. We bring research, facilitation, and technical skill, and the community sets the direction and keeps control of what comes out of it.
Overlapping crises aren't new. Indigenous peoples, communities across the Global South, Black and Brown communities, and underrepresented people everywhere have lived through them for generations. We believe the most holistic and resilient solutions come from the places with fewest resources.
Technology serves us, not the other way around. We help communities choose, question, audit, and build technology on their own terms.
We bring care into the work. Rooted in Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition, we use mindfulness, deep listening, and attention to our bodies and nervous systems, so people can stay grounded through hard change.
We are innovative and creative in our approach, putting technology and knowledge to work for communities while focusing on what we can do right now.
Self-determination through collective action.
Our workshops and classes integrate somatic practices like guided meditation, deep relaxation, and principles of skillfull speech and deep listening, rooted in the mindfulness tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, to reduce overwhelm and enable productive dialogue.
Our pedagogy and workshop model offers affected communities a voice in AI's evolution and governance to affirm humanity and create, protect, and sustain the worlds we wish to live within.
If this is how you want to work, we should talk.
